At Mobility Tactics we believe in true Holistic Health which is an all-encompassing health that comes from God’s very design, and rhythm.  Even though we are far from Eden, we believe we can still cultivate ways to prosper.  We do not worship our bodies, health, nor the world- only God.  We believe in taking care of the blessings He has given us so we can magnify His great glory & beauty.

Movement

Our bodies are meant for handling the demands of the environment around us and for displaying the image of God.  Crawling, walking, jogging, sprinting, jumping, climbing, lifting, playing etc.    We tailor the movement that is best for you!  We have a unique outdoor training environment with access, to trails, obstacle courses, and a gym.  If interested in programs, personal or group training, click “Movement”

Nutrition

Environment

The space around, on, and in us matters more than you realize.  Our bodies need a place that is secure, safe, and free of toxins to thrive.  Despite our civilized concepts, we are part of nature and the more we connect with what is natural the more we prosper.  Environment is internal and external, it is what we wear, breathe, touch, see, smell, taste and interact with.  We help create an environment that is meant to be enjoyed and prospered in.  If interested in discovering ways to make your environment around you better click “Environment”  

Rest

We find rest in God and in His natural rhythms.  He created the day for doing and the night for resting as well as the Sabbath day.  Resting encompasses sleep, recovery, reset, and pause from the things that naturally stress us.  Too often is rest neglected in a busy world and in accelerated programs that “promise” health.  For more ways to optimize rest please click “Rest”

Mindset

Your mind is a powerful thing as they say which requires conditioning and focus for proper health.  Your thoughts will allow you to overcome or crumble WHEN life gets difficult.  We believe most of life’s battles occur in the mind; much dedication should be spent on honing it and preparing it for victory. We foster an environment of motivation and ways of achieving success with your thoughts in proper balance.  

Community

In a world full of expectations and distractions, people are becoming less connected to others and are becoming more self-isolated.  Even when people are around others, they are often not intentional with their time and are consumed by their devices.  We seek to create an enriching environment where people can connect with others and function how our ancestors did in the past.  People need a place where they can do life with others.  Not a place that is merely a social or a fun space, but a space that has purpose.  We are striving to create a place where families can come and interact with other families.  Kids playing with kids, children being watched and cared for, adults doing work, learning, eating, working out, worshiping, praying, and sharpening one another.  This is how we believe we are meant to do community.  Come join us for community events; worship nights, potlucks, community gardens, workout classes and much much more.  Click “Community” if interested.
