THIS TRAINING IS FOR THE LONE WARRIOR WHO DESIRES THE MOST ATTENTION AND HANDS ON APPROACH.  SINGLE CLASSES, OR PROGRAMS OFFERED.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

MOVEMENTS THAT ARE DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR UNIQUE LIFE AND OCCUPATION. (E.G. CIRCUITS, INTERVALS, AND TABATAS)

FOUNDATIONAL FITNESS

MOVEMENTS BROKEN DOWN AND TAUGHT FROM THE GROUND UP.  BEGINS WITH BASIC BODY MOVEMENTS AND MOVES TO MORE COMPLEX LIFTS.

HEALTH COACHING

ONLINE OR IN-PERSON DISCUSSIONS AND EDUCATION ON ANYTHING RELATED TO HEALTH (E.G. NUTRITION, HABITS, MINDSET, ETC.)

MOBILITY

MOVEMENTS THAT RESTORE PROPER JOINT MOVEMENT SO YOU CAN COMPLETE TASKS FOR ANY NEEDED RANGE OF MOTION.  GREAT FOR CORRECTING, PRE-HABING AND RE-HABING.

GROUP TRAINING

Form a group (3 or more), or join a group.  This type of training is formed around camaraderie, excitement, and the spirit of pushing one another!  

Bootcamps

WORKOUTS THAT CHALLENGE THE WHOLE BODY AND MORPH INTO THE CHANGE YOU NEED.  CALISTHENICS, RESISTANCE BANDS,  SUSPENSION TRAINERS, AND MORE. MEET 2 TIMES PER WEEK AND LAST FOR 4 WEEKS. 

High intensity interval training (hiit)

FULL BODY WORKOUTS MEANT FOR GETTING YOUR HEART RATE UP AND KEEPING IT THERE THE WHOLE CLASS. IN THIS SETTING IT BECOMES MORE P90X-LIKE BUT WITH MORE VARIETY (E.G. CIRCUITS, INTERVALS, AND TABATAS)

MOBILITY

MOVEMENTS THAT RESTORE PROPER JOINT MOVEMENT SO YOU CAN COMPLETE TASKS FOR ANY NEEDED RANGE OF MOTION.  GREAT FOR CORRECTING, PRE-HABING AND RE-HABING.  IN THS IS SETTING IT BECOMES MORE YOGA-LIKE WITHOUT THE RELIGION.

Foundational fitness

MOVEMENTS BROKEN DOWN AND TAUGHT FROM THE GROUND UP.  BEGINS WITH BASIC BODY MOVEMENTS AND MOVES TO MORE COMPLEX LIFTS.  IN THIS SETTING IT BECOMES MORE CROSS-FIT-LIKE WITHOUT THE HIGH REPETITION OF HEAVIER LOADS.

VIDEO ANALYSIS OFFERED OF MOVEMENT FORM PRE & POST

RUNNING CLINICS

SIMILAR TO FOUNDATIONAL FITNESS, BUT EDUCATES THE INDIVIDUAL ON: RUNNING EFFICIENCY, DRILLS, PROPER SHOE SELECTION, STRETCHING, BREATHING, AND MORE.

VIDEO ANALYSIS OFFERED OF RUNNING FORM PRE & POST.
